1. Non-Discrimination Policy

MAK Beauty Institute does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion, age, ethnic origin, color, disability, sexual orientation, or ancestry in admission or access to its programs and activities.

2. Conduct Policy

MAK Beauty Institute maintains a drug and alcohol-free environment. Violations may result in expulsion. The dress code requires 70% black professional attire. No jeans, sneakers, or hats permitted.

3. Refund Policy

Cancellation within 3 business days: full refund minus $100 application fee. After 3 days but before classes: refund minus $100. Withdrawal refunds are based on percentage of scheduled time completed. All refunds processed within 45 days.

4. ADA Policy

MAK Beauty Institute complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provides reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.
